If you’re counting down the months to your wedding, now is the perfect time to invest in your skin health—not just for flawless photos, but to feel your most confident, radiant self.
6-12 Months Before: Laying the Foundations The earlier you start your pre-wedding skincare journey, the better your results. This is the perfect time to assess your skin’s current condition and introduce targeted treatments.
Book a Professional Skin Consultation Every skin is unique, and a one-size-fits-all approach won’t give you the best results. At our Louise Thomas Skincare Lounges (Dragon House & The Retreat at Jarrolds), we work closely with clients to analyse skin concerns such as breakouts, sensitivity, pigmentation, or dullness. From there, we create a bespoke, science-led treatment plan.
Introduce Active Ingredients Gradually Now is the time to introduce skin-transforming ingredients like: Vitamin C – For brightness and even tone. Niacinamide – To strengthen the skin barrier. Retinoids – To refine texture and smooth fine lines. Peptides & Ceramides – For deep hydration and repair.

Final Facial for Ultimate Glow Book your last pre-wedding facial with us, about 7-10 days before the big day. This will allow enough time for skin to settle and look its best.
Hydration, Hydration, Hydration! Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins. Use a hydrating mask for an added moisture boost. Avoid too much alcohol, salt, or caffeine (these dehydrate skin).
Limit Screen Time Less blue light exposure = less eye strain, puffiness & dullness. Try a digital detox in the evenings leading up to the wedding!
